GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORRENTING AN AUTOMOBILE

Requirements for the automobile renters:

• completed 21 years of age
• valid identity document and driver’s license
• the automobile may be driven only by the person who signs the contract
• entering a second driver is accomplished at signing the contract and has to comply with the above requirements

Method of payment:

• the deposit and the full price are payable at signing the contract and handing over the automobile and may be done in cash, by debit or credit card
• the prices are based on 24-hour period, counted from the hour of renting the automobile. Any delay outside the contract period will be paid as full renting price of the automobile per 1 day according the price list

Therenting price includes:

• “Third Party Liability” and full “Casco” Insurances
• vignette
• road tax
• maintenance of the automobile

Therenting price does not include:

• fuel, fines or any other sanctions inflicted by the controlling authorities to the driver, due to his/her failure to observe the Traffic Law of the Republic of Bulgaria
• the handing over and return of the automobile is accomplished with a full fuel tank. In case the automobile is returned with its tank not full, the short fuel will be paid by the RENTER according to the retail prices announced by Petrol, with a 10 % surplus charge

Liabilities:

In case of damage, loss, fire or theft the liability will be for the lessor except for the following cases:

• the automobile was driven under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
• at return of the automobile with a damage a Protocol for Road Accident by the Police / Traffic Police has not been provided
• the RENTER has given the automobile to a third party not authorised by the contract or who has no driving license
• the tyres and wheel rims are damaged not caused by fire or accident authenticated by a Protocol by the Traffic Police (Automobile Transport Control)

Handing over and return of theautomobile:

• free of charge in the office of the company in working hours
• in case of renting or return of the automobile from any place in Bulgaria, the automobile will be rented only with a driver and the additional fee for a driver will be paid
• in case of renting the automobile forover three days, the delivery is free of charge with in the limits of the town of Varna
